What is the difference between Teams and UC version of the WH67 office headset?
The call control button on the headset: The Teams version has a Teams symbol, supporting the Teams-related function; the UC version has no Teams symbol and supports the voice assistant function.
What softphone does the headset support?
The DECT office headset supports many softphones, like 3CX, Unify, Zoom, Teams, and Ringcentral. For more compatible information, please visit https://support.yealink.com/en/portal/compatible.
What devices can WH67 DECT wireless headset connect to?
WH67 support one USB port and 2 Bluetooth connections. It supports connecting to a PC through USB and IP Phone/Mobile phone, a total of three devices simultaneously. For more compatible information, please visit https://support.yealink.com/en/portal/compatible.
What is the range between the WH67 wireless office headset and the base?
The range from the base to the wireless office headset can be up to 120m/394 feet for the WH67. However, the actual content may be shorter due to physical obstructions such as walls. Moving beyond the scope while talking, you will hear an “out of range” tone from the DECT headset. When you move back in the range, the current call will continue. The DECT business headset will automatically power off if you remain out of scope for 10 minutes.
What is the talk time of my WH67 DECT wireless headsets？
The talk time of the WH67 DECT headset support is up to 7 hours.
Do WH67 wireless headsets protect my hearing?
Yes, Yealink WH67 wireless headsets are safe to use. They can protect a user’s hearing against sudden or loud sounds.
