Are DECT standards global?
The DECT (Digital Enhanced Cordless Telecommunications) is a digital communication standard but not a global one. The technology is nearly the same in countries where DECT system frequency bands allocate. However, the allocated radio transmitting frequencies and output power may vary from region/country to region. Therefore, DECT products should never use outside the intended region/country as they may cause interference with networks allocated in the band for other purposes.

Yes, WH63 DECT wireless headset support connecting with Cisco, Poly, and AVAYA IP Phone through EHS60 and connecting with Mitel and Unify IP Phones through EHS61 with remote control feature.
What is the range between the WH63 wireless office headset and the base?
The range from the base to the wireless headsets with mic can be up to 120m/394 feet for the WH63. However, the actual content may be shorter due to physical obstructions such as walls. Moving beyond the scope while talking, you will hear an “out of range” tone from the DECT headset. When you move back in the range, the current call will continue. The headset with microphone will automatically power off if you remain out of scope for 10 minutes.
