Does your company have a sustainability policy and an active programme in place (include e.g. deforestation, biodiversity & ecosystems)?
YES. Yealink prioritizes sustainable development, taking responsibility for stakeholders and implementing sustainability principles. In 2023, guided by the Board of Directors, we established a comprehensive Sustainable Development Policy focusing on environmental, procurement, employee rights, ethical compliance, and product quality aspects. We revamped our ESG management for enhanced sustainability, aligning with global standards, and commit to transparent reporting, including completing the CDP questionnaire actively. Do you have a documented Code of Conduct and Basic Working Conditions for employees and suppliers?
YES. We have clear behavioral guidelines and conduct training and on-site inspections for suppliers. We have a clear employee management manual, provide training, ensure compliance with regulations for working conditions, and offer comprehensive benefits.
