In 2023, there occurred 0 instances of internal corruption and 0 cases of related-party transactions. 

To create a fair, just and open business environment, we consistently ensure the integrity of the company,  employees,  and partners.

With efforts in system maintenance, employee training and policy enforcement, Yealink sails the boat of steady governance safe and sound. 

There was 0 major internal information security incident. In 2023, we organized information security training and arranged the exam with a 100% passing rate. 

At Yealink, we believe in giving back to the community and making a positive impact on society.  Yealink Public Welfare Foundation adheres to the principle of "Business for Good" in fulfilling social responsibilities. In 2023, the Foundation donated approximately ＄120,000 in public welfare and charity.

We believe hat technology transfroms lives. Through  hearing-aid technology,  the Foundation rendered a clearer world for the hearing-impaired elderly in public welfare activities.
